At Echtvape, you have three days after receiving your order to arrange a return - provided that the item delivered does not meet your expectations. The period begins on the day you receive the parcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A return will only be accepted if the item is still in its original condition: unopened, unused, with all original labels and in the undamaged original packaging. In addition, a valid proof of purchase - e.g. receipt or order confirmation - is mandatory for the processing of your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at Echtvape@proton.me. After reviewing your case, we will send you a pre-paid return label and detailed instructions on how to return the parcel if approved. Important note: We will not accept returns that arrive without prior authorisation. Therefore, please contact us first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Check your consignment for possible damage or errors immediately upon arrival. If a product is defective, has been damaged in transit or does not match your order, please inform us as soon as possible - we will take care of it immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Certain product categories are generally excluded from the right of return. These include perishable goods, customised products, hygiene articles and goods containing hazardous substances such as flammable liquids or gases. If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you would like to exchange an item for another product, we recommend the following procedure: First send the item in question back to us. Once the return has been authorised, you can place your desired replacement product as a new order in our shop. This procedure ensures fast and trouble-free processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After receiving and checking your return, we will inform you of the result. If the return is authorised, the refund will be made to your original means of payment - usually within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the final credit.
